Backwaters View Room – These rooms are located on the first floor, each with a balcony overlooking the backwaters.

Partial Backwaters View Room- These rooms, situated on the first floor, provide a partial view of the verdant paddy fields and the inviting backwaters

Garden View Room – The garden view room in ground floor offers a serene retreat with refreshing greenery at your doorstep and the tranquil backwaters just a short stroll away, perfect for relaxation and nature lovers.

Common Areas – Agronest Farm Stay in the midst of a lush garden surrounded by a livestock farm with numerous walking tracks. As the Sun wakeup early in the morning walk into our integrated farm where you can witness fresh fruits/ vegetables/ livestock farm.

Concept – We wanted to create something guests could experience and engage with it. We Encourage Farm – to – table cuisine in our farm stay.

Cancelation Policy – 21 Days Prior to the Arrival free cancelations allowed.

The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
ID copy required to be submitted for each and every guest. This could be at the time of booking and also upon arrival of the Resort.
All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in
Any illegal activity - including but not limited to the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
Any commercial activities are strictly not permitted.
Early check-in and late Check –out are permitted with an additional cost, if rooms are available for extending such facilities only.
